By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all of these terms. Please make sure you read them through carefully!

My turnaround time is usually one week or less, but this is subject to increase as I am a full-time student who also works a job on top; please be patient with me!

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.

Ensure that I am properly credited if you repost, upload, or otherwise use any work commissioned from me.

Do not remove or cover up my signature or watermarks.

You can credit my Instagram, Discord, Toyhouse, Ko-Fi, or simply link back to this page in order to credit me for any of my work.

Do not use any of my work that you did not commission from me yourself, unless it features one of your characters and my explicit permission has been granted. This includes all artwork examples shown on this Carrd, as well as my work featured on all other social medias.

You may not edit, reproduce, sell merchandise of, or otherwise profit from my work.

My work is explicitly not permitted for usage as NFTs. I also do not consent to my work being used for any teaching of or implementation within AI generators.

My work is for personal usage only. If you would like to commission me for something commercial, please contact me directly to work out a fair rate.

I accept payment via PayPal (either using my paypal.me link or invoices) or Ko-fi only.

Please only request a commission if you already have the funds to pay for it.

I do not offer holds or payment plans.

I prefer full payment upfront, however I am willing to accept half splits as well: this means 50% payment upfront, the other 50% once a WIP has been approved.

I will only offer 100% refunds in the rare or exceptional case that I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances or personal reasons.

I do not accept cancellations once payment, partial or full, has been sent.

Designs (a.k.a characters, OCs, adopts) may be gifted or traded freely.

Characters purchased from me may be resold, however, please do not resell one of my designs for more than you bought it for unless you have purchased extra art for that character!

Always credit me as the original designer with my username (@jadefoxii) and please credit me for the first time you draw a character you got from me! (I would love to see what you do with it!)

Designs may be altered however you wish once purchased, though I'd appreciate if it was kept recognisable. Regardless, the above rule still applies for the original concept.

Designs may not be used for commercial use unless you contact me first and I provide you with written consent. This may incur an extra fee.

I will not approve trade-backs or give refunds for my designs.

If you commission me to draw a design I originally created, you will get a 10% discount!
